During the last week, there was a lot of scuttle online that the SE Water shop “will be closing”. While a change could be coming 4-7 months down the road, WE ARE NOT CLOSED!
At this juncture, we can say this: We’re in the process of negotiating a deal to sell the SE Water location. It is NOT a done deal. Several crucial steps have yet to take place and it’s still possible the whole thing could fall apart. That’s simply the nature of these types of deals until they are fully completed. Thus we are not making any announcements yet. We certainly will when the time is right.
